Measuring yourself can be a bit of a hassle, especially when you're busy and have to measure a second time — but of course they just want to make sure everything fits perfectly in the end.

Ich bin eher zufällig auf Filatori gestoßen und muss sagen, dass ich von A bis Z begeistert bin. Für meine erste Bestellung habe ich mich für ein schwarzes Langarm-Poloshirt aus ultrafeiner Merinowolle entschieden – und schon der Bestellprozess hat mich positiv überrascht. Zu jedem Maß gibt es ein kurzes Erklärvideo, was die Auswahl wirklich einfach macht. Zusätzlich wurde ich nach der Bestellung sogar noch persönlich per WhatsApp und E-Mail betreut. Ich konnte Fotos meiner bereits vorhandenen Strickteile schicken, damit das Poloshirt optimal an meinen Stil und meine Passform angepasst wird – ein Service, den man so wirklich selten erlebt.

Nach nicht einmal einem Monat kam das Paket gut geschützt und sehr hochwertig verpackt bei mir an. Das Poloshirt sitzt perfekt, genau wie erhofft, und die Qualität der Merinowolle ist hervorragend – weich, edel und absolut hochwertig verarbeitet.

Als kleine Anregung für die Zukunft würde ich mir noch ein paar zusätzliche Farboptionen wünschen, etwa ein Bordeauxrot oder ein dunkles Grün. Die aktuellen Basic-Farben decken zwar bereits alles Wichtige ab, aber etwas mehr Auswahl wäre das i-Tüpfelchen. Da Filatori jedoch noch ein junges Unternehmen ist, sehe ich das ausdrücklich nicht als Kritik, sondern eher als Wunsch für die Weiterentwicklung.

Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – außergewöhnliche Qualität, persönlicher Service und spürbare Liebe zum Detail. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen.

Very well made clothes. Great quality and quite luxury at it' s best. Don' t need to buy old well known luxury brands, this is the same ( even better) quality at Filatori in every ways. I will buy again because style is way better than fashion. Many thanks !

In the past I wasted so much time due to return cause the shirts just doesn’t fit me. Here I made a WhatsApp Video Call with Antonio from the team and he nailed it first try.

I never saw a WhatsApp support who is responding that fast. Even in the weekend or in the evening at a random Wednesday 9pm. Like it’s crazy

Filatori est une marque de grande qualité. Mon t-shirt a été réalisé en tenant parfaitement compte des mesures transmises et la matière est très agréable. Le personnel a été par ailleurs très attentionné à mes mails. Je mets donc la note maximum et je recommande.

Im 1.70 and wear most times S or XS.
Hard time to find:
1. Clothes that properly fit my body without post purchase adjustments
2. Clothes with very noble material,
Both together is even harder, even with high end brands your $$$$ purchase is defeated by a non optimal fit.

Ive ordered a fantastic hoody 100%wool amazing finish. The fit is perfect. I was slightly skeptical, should confess.
The team is very responsive and engaged with me directly. It was very important for me to have this quick personal follow up. Through videocall i was guided to take my body measurements and have a good chat with Antonio. Waited few weeks for the order at my home.
I would love a product expansion for trousers.

Sin dall’inizio, l’azienda si è dimostrata super attenta: mi hanno contattato per confermare le taglie e per raccogliere tutte le informazioni necessarie, guidandomi nel definire ogni dettaglio del prodotto. È stato un processo molto coinvolgente e personalizzato, cosa che non capita spesso. Il risultato? Prodotti curatissimi, ben fatti e di una qualità eccezionale. Davvero un’esperienza unica. Volevo replicare un capo che lui già possedeva e adorava, quindi ho inviato le misure precise di quella maglia. I have to say the customer experience from the team has been exceptional to the point where Antonio hand delivered the items to me in London from Rome when he realized I was there on a short break and shipping to Saudi would be more hassle. The quality of the clothing and materials are some of the best.

Ho acquistato un primo prodotto convinto dalla possibilità di intervenire sulle misur in un secondo momento usufruendo della garanzia best fit.

Dopo averlo misurato ho chiesto la possibilità di modificare la lunghezza della manica ed altri piccoli aggiustamenti ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile perchè la loro maglieria ha dei modelli di dimensione predefinti che non consentono una completa customizzazione.....

Ho acquistato quindi due nuovi prodotti del modello predefinto successivo per avvicinarmi alle dimensioni di maniche che desideravo.

Una volta arrivati riscontrando che erano troppo grandi, ho attivato, per gli stessi, la garanzia best fit per riportarli alle dimensioni del primo acquisto, sottoscrivendolo inequivocabilmente via email.

I capi mi sono stati inviati con lunghezza totale maggiore di un centimetro rispetto a quanto richiesto e larghezza del torace di almeno 0,7 (ho foto di tutto).

Ho segnalato via whatsapp il problema e sono stato pure irriso dal mio riferimento che mi ha scritto "Ormai ci siamo abituati al suo caso è tra quelli piu straordinari della nostra storia" (ho foto anche di questo) .

Ho inviato foto del capo originale e di quelli nuovi con le differenze di misura e richiamato "telefonicamente" ho ricevuto il rifiuto alla sostituzione dei capi, un offerta di effettuare una stiratura degli stessi che non si capisce come dovrebbe accorciarli di un centimentro abbondante e puerili giustificazioni circa la tolleranza del lavoro "artigianale" che loro svolgono e degli errori di tolleranza.

Riassumendo di custom c'è poco visto l'uso di moedelli predefiniti, di customer care ancora meno mentre di perdite di tempo e di denaro molto.
