Terrible experience after all. I have been in contact with this company for over a year. After incorporation, Mercury closed my account. I paid them to have another account opened, after several months of back and forth, they finally could get me a wise business account. However, the CS rep that attended to me used his email to register a wise account for me, he never fully transfered the account to me. I sent an email months ago requesting for the handover as I couldn't reset my password, I never got a response from them till today, I can no longer login to the wise account or use it. I eventually Had to delete the app. After over a year and nothing to show. Spent all that money for nothing. If you do not mind bad service and unanswered email for months, then go ahead and give them your money. I 100% would not recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I didn't want to do this but did it out of frustration and the total lack of respect shown by the company and left them a 1-star review. Nothing seems to be working well with this company except forming an LLC (this is also debatable), which is just a piece of cake for all the service providers. They have wasted a lot of time by not giving me the services they promised at the right time and i have the documentation as proof of their incompetence. It has been over two months now and i am still waiting for my US bank account. Despite the numerous emails and phone calls , i am yet to receive any response nor the slightest inclination or show of concern. Anyone looking for a non-US-resident LLC should desist and flee, as fast as your legs can carry, away from them.
