Ordered filler to be delivered before…

Ordered filler to be delivered before 10.30 today to which got a message to say would be 1pm why offer this service. Then my delivery was delivered to a different address no clue where it is for kenny to say that's its because postcode is wrong. It's been the same postcode last 3 times and no problem. Will never use this company again. Customer service is shocking. To be told that the delivery before 10.30 is not always possible why offer your clients this service and charge £22.90 for it when clearly was delivered at 1pm losing me 2 clients. I will NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. not the first time I've had problems with them and their response is classic

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the delivery. However, from looking into it, you've mentioned it was delivered to the wrong address, as rather than PD, you'd put DZ at the end of the postcode. The delivery driver has delivered the parcel to the postcode you'd provided, and our customer service team sent you photographs of where the delivery was, as well as advising of who has signed for it.

I've looked into the correspondence from Kenny in customer service as you'd said it's shocking, and I can't see anything wrong with any of his responses? If you'd please like to clarify how we could improve our service then we can discuss it with the whole team.

Regarding your providing the incorrect postcode three times previously, we believe it was just luck that the driver who was delivering on those occasions realised your error.

We understand your frustration. However, this has been delivered to the incorrect address due to the incorrect postcode you provided. We presume that the delivery company's systems are automated, and with that postcode, the delivery driver's GPS has taken him to a different street, which is in the postcode you'd given.

The delivery company will not return to get the parcel as they've delivered to the postcode provided, so there has been no error on their behalf and no error on our behalf printing the address you provided. In the terms and conditions, it states, "It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their delivery and contact information are correct and complete before placing their order."

Where the parcel has been delivered doesn't appear to be too far from your actual address so you could go to that address to collect it :-)

We will always strive to help customers whenever we can, as customer service has always been a priority for us. Nonetheless, we regret that we have been unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. We hope we can move forward and continue working together.
