I’m really disappointed with the quality. I’ve owned two pairs of the Mondo Squash sneakers over a period of around 2 years, and both developed the exact same problem — the inner heel ripped apart within less than 1 year of light use.

With my first pair of the Mondo's I contacted customer support by email around same time last year with photos and purchase proof, but I never received a reply. As I like the design and comfort I decided to buy a new pair, but same issue developed. The inner heel slowly started ripping up since this summer.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015, and have in my lifetime owned 5 pairs of Filling Pieces sneaks, but sadly, it seems that the quality has decreased over time.

- For shoes at this price point, I expected much better durability and quality, and also customer service.

Unfortunately, that’s why I can only give 1 star here on Trustpilot.

Great looking sneaker and quality is excellent but the recommendation of sizing down led to an additional transaction that was a headache as an international buyer.

What I thought would be a good purchase turned out the be a nightmare. I bought a pair of mondo white trainers but unfortunately the stitching on back of the shoe has come loose after a few months . so I contacted the store I got them from and had no response, I then contacted the filling pieces support team and was told because I bought them from one of the stores that they supply they nothing they could do. yet the store are not the ones who make the shoes filling pieces is and it is a manufacturing problem so now I got a pair of mondo trainers that I can’t wear, would not recommend filling pieces

Voor mijn werk hebben ze een speciale editie sneakers uitgebracht. Gekocht en erg blij mee (op het eerste oog) nog geen 2 maanden na het lopen begint de voorkant los te laten.. Klantenservice gemaild en daar werd echt snel op gereageerd en ik mocht gelijk de schoenen retourneren en kreeg ik een nieuw paar! Maaaaar, na 3 a 4 keer lopen op het nieuwe paar, gebeurde hetzelfde... Het was dus geen toeval: de kwaliteit is zeer slecht. Ik hoor dit ook van meerdere collega's. Ondertussen wéér klantenservice gemaild en mag ik de schoenen weer omruilen maar ondertussen wil ik liever mn geld terug, maar dat gaat niet.. Hopeloos zonde van mn €120. Ik blijf maar schoenen heen en weer sturen!
