Terrible stitching. No response from customer service even after the "1 business day". I mailed them that I wanted to return the shoes I ordered and never got a response. They started counting the return period when I ordered instead of when I received the shoes, which is at least 3 days earlier.

Great customer service. I ordered some products from them and returned a month ago but due to DHL issues, they haven't received it yet. I made a call to their customer service, and with the help of Melanie I got my money back instantly. Thank you!!

Dreadful customer service. I’m now in the 10 th day since ordering. Still no parcel. No updated tracking. They don’t reply to emails. Barely respond to phone calls. First and only time ordering through filling pieces. My order number is 486477 and 486758. Filling pieces sort it out. Your customer service is beyond pathetic. This fills me with no hope when it comes to returns.

My advice to anyone please do not order through these guys. Especially if you require their customer service.

Edit: thought I would update on this. 5/8/25 now. Nearly 3 weeks since my order. Filling pieces still haven’t sent the parcel. Haha. It’s actually laughable. I’m getting fobbed off every direction. They have also barred my phone.

Do not ever order from these imbeciles. Unless you’re happy to not receive your order.

Stitching of the sole is terrible. Shipping was 2 days later then expected. They not only started counting the return window from the day I ordered, they also do not respond to my mails to their support email at all. So I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I do not want. I can only rate 1 star for this and would give 0 if it was possible.

I've repeatedly mailed them too, not just the one time. F this company for scamming me.
