I was worried after I ordered and saw the negative reviews, but wow! I ordered my Nordic Pure furnace filters on a Sunday and they were at my door on Wednesday.

Very fast service, well packaged, perfect condition, perfect size at a great price.

Only issue, a confirmation email with order number and tracking would have been nice after ordering. I was kind of in the dark, but with service this fast, no big deal.

Scam!!! They rob you. Not a true company. Luckily I got the money back from my bank. Aholes!!

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. They stole my money and never delivered the filters. No refund. The phone number listed is not for them and they open up other websites under a different name. Tracking number said my order was delivered but to a different address according to post office. When contacted them I got no response. Do not order from them. A complete SCAM! BEWARE!

Company is a scam. Address is a welding shop in WY. Filters never delivered - wrong address, never refunded. And they are setting up as other companies after they get exposed here see puirifyenjoybeauty.com. Reported to BBB but they could not do anything since the company does not exist in the US.

Ordered a GE refrigerator water filter, my order number was F....791, date 3/19/2024. Confirmation showed wrong delivery address. I sent a correction to Filtesgo immediately and they promised, it will be corrected.
On 3/26/2024 my paid order was delivered to the wrong address. Asked the company numerous times to send 1 to my updated address or refund my payment. There is no filter, no refund and they are not responding to my emails either!!
Don't deal with such irresponsible people/company.

Scam company. Never received the filters i ordered and they will not return email. The phone number they listed is for auto insurance in georgia.

Same thing as another review. I never received my filter for my fridge. I contacted them and they said they are working on it. 3 weeks later I touched base with them about it and they never responded. I sent another email so that hopefully someone else could assist. They said they would work on getting it resolved. Still nothing.

Ordered 3 filters and never received them. I have emailed several times and just get the same message that they are working on a refund. Call their phone number and it is an insurance rate company.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.....SCAM.

Filtersgo sold me a filter I received the wrong filter I have emailed twice trying to resolve - no response. I called the number on the order paperwork and web site 229 231 3506 and got an insurance sales line.

I dont know how they got positive reviews!! I think they are a scam. Order # AFJUXDVE@

Good prices and delivery times, I purchased a replacement filter for my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner.

Great customer service and advice. Filters2go happily found me a vacuum filter that I had been searching for. Will be back to order my replacements going forward.
