MY MOM DIED AND ALL THEY WANTED WAS MY INFORMATION

Something doesn't seem right when the lady was repeating all the words of a man speaking behind her! She asked more questions about me than she did about the reason I was calling - my mom died!! I just needed some information and she was not helpful but kept trying to gather my information - WHEN IT FEELS CREEPY OR SCAM-LIKE - JUST GET AWAY!

Awesome person

The lady that took care of my final expense benefits expermint was just wonderful. There just isn't enough words to say how much she helped me and understood the what I was looking for and could afford.

Too much confusion

Too much confusion as to which policy is in effect and which one isn't. As a result of all of this, my husband's death benefit policy got canceled 10 days before he died, resulting in me receiving no monies in my time of greatest need. When I explained this to the representative I felt like they couldn't care less.
