Just had a remortgage completed by Virgil and the team. Our case was a tricky one but Virgil got to work and never let us down. Always in touch at different stages and kept going until the final completion. Such lovely people and nothing was ever a bother for them. Garry was great throughout our experience. He offered detailed advice regarding our less common mortgage type. When small issues arose he was able to guide us and keep us informed throughout. We have just completed our remortgage with Josh, he was a fantastic financial advisor we highly recommend him.
Josh right from the start was so supportive & understanding to our needs & circumstances, and he kept us fully updated right throughout the remortgage process.
Any questions we had he always had the sound knowledge & advice to offer & discuss.
Even when we hit hurdles with the lender increasing interest rates, or asking for more documents Josh was really reassuring & calm with all the tasks to hand which helped our worries so much. That all would be ok 😊

We were recommended Dale by friends after he secured a complex mortgage for them.
From the get go, he has been super supportive to me and my partner as first time buyers after a bad experience with another company. Dale answered all our questions promptly and was always easy to get hold of. He never made us feel like any question was silly and helped us to understand what was happening each step of the way.
We are now settled in our first home, and without Dale to begin with, I doubt we would be here. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale in the future. A big, massive thank you to him!

What an amazing team, Chris Kenny and Nioni are absolutely fantastic. As a first time buyer I didn’t know anything about getting a AIP or mortgage and I couldn’t have come across a more professional, helpful, knowledgeable and support team. Chris took time to explain everything to me in detail and was available any time to answer my questions, even though I had a lot of questions! He was so nice and reassuring. Then managed to do what other advisers failed to do and I know why, it’s because the care and really want to help people to get the best deal.

This is the second time I’ve used Harriette and Alison from FAC. I didn’t hesitate to use them again after the first time. Again, Harriette was great to work with. She’s very efficient, personable and patient when it comes to those late night worrying emails. Getting a mortgage is really stressful but I knew I was in good hands throughout the whole process. Towards the end of the process we were handed over to Alison who kept us updated at all stages. I definitely don’t want to apply for another mortgage any time soon, but when I do I’ll be going through Harriet and team again.
