Great experience
Approaching retirement and with a medical issue which meant I needed to change my mortgage product I nervously e mailed GFP-UK.
Nick Daniels replied to my enquiry with a complete knowledge of everything I needed to know.
He was sympathetic to my situation and responded brilliantly despite not getting any business on this occasion.

Called approximately 1 hour after my…
Called approximately 1 hour after my 1st enquiry, very prompt considering the covid 19 issue.
Confirmed who there were and from where
( local to me )then listened to my query about options on a money concern I had.
Then went on and explained my options, thus
confirming my own thoughts and options were right and reassured me of my thoughts on the money issue.
Great Service, Will use them again if needed

Worthwhile enquiring
An advisor rang me within a couple of days. The advisor was really nice and helpful and time wasn’t an issue. He couldn’t go into the finer details of my GMP as it seems it’s a specialised subject. But he did clarify other general questions I had about my pensions. Well worth the discussion.
