Life Happens, Just take the plunge
I’ve been frugal and cautious about my debt and finances since I graduated college in 1998. I’ve resisted this step for many reasons. But, life happens
The finance wizard and comedy amateur, Lisa, helped make the two hour process feel like a dinner lecture for CEU’s. Totally worth the time and brain power.
At the end of it all my monthly payments are $400* LESS per month over the next 4 years compared to the 25 year route I was on my own.
Although they charge a quarter of your debt at the end of it all, the balance still shifted in my favor when my monthly payments went from over $900/month x 25 years to $400/month x4 years with all of their fees included.
That’s just the number aspect of it
I would recommend any other nurse or struggling professional like me to check it out.

The company representative called me after I filled up the form and we discussed everything from why I need their help, my liabilities and dues. What should I pay vs the amounts I’m presently paying. Until i decided to make the deal with the company. It took an hour. The representative was very helpful to explain everything related to my Financial needs.

Went through the entire process of…
Went through the entire process of getting approved and signed documents. In final part of the call, Molly explained that I would be getting calls from creditors as they were negotiating the debt. After asking why, the process was explained, and after understanding that my credit score could be negatively affected up to a few years due to the process, I realized this was not a good time to proceed as I will be needing to purchase a new vehicle in the next 6 months. She was very understanding and agreed that this was likely not a good time as a poor credit score would result in terrible interest rates at the time of my purchase and that perhaps I should revisit debt settlement after said purchase. She transferred me to someone who immediately cancelled the process. I felt reassured and appreciative that they were so understanding and willing to stop the process if it’s not right for the client. If this was a scam they would be much more persistent in trying to lock you in to the program. If it’s still something I need in the future, I will definitely be calling them back.
