I was quite apprehensive with all of the identity thefts and other things going on. However, I listened and did my research. Katrinka provided me the necessary resources to do some investigating and prove that they are who they say that they are. Now I am a believer and this program will help me get back on my feet.

New to the program
I was very apprehensive about debt management as I was not behind on my bills, just not getting anywhere with getting them paid down. Dallas worked with me for a week before I signed up. He was so caring and professional with me. Answering all my questions, more than once I’m sure. On two of my calls he allowed my husband to be present and he answered all of my husband’s questions as well. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. During our week long conversations I did not feel pressured nor did I feel Dallas was trying to avoid truthful answers. While I’m just starting the program, based on their customer service so far, I would definitely recommend them.

Difficulty answering the first question
Financially free nurse answered my call initially and transferred me almost immediately to a different agency. They answered a couple of my questions that transferred me to another agency to work with me. So it’s difficult to answer any questions about this agency
