It looks like I had the same experience as many others on here. Clearly not a legitimate outfit and you should stay well away. I still haven’t received my money back and the deadline they set has been and gone. No communication since the deadline expired. DO NOT USE!!!

ORDERED A T2 PRO , PAID £600 TO THEM TO SAY ITS TWO WEEKS TILL ITS IN , THE EMAILS EVENTUALLY STOPPED WHEN THE BIVVY WAS DUE!! LUCKY I GOT ALL MY MONEY FROM MY BANK BACK , STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SCAMMING WEB SITE !!!

Scammers with no customer service, emails ignored, no answer to phone calls! Avoid at all costs!😡

This is a scam company, no item delivered, no refund given, communication dreadful. Currently going through my bank to try and get my £140 back. Spend a bit more and buy from a reputable retailer.

Scam don't buy from them, no goods delivered, no refund, no answer from phone calls or emails.

I have not received my order, it’s been a month so far and customer services don’t seem to want to reply to any of my emails, I requested a refund by email and they haven’t replied to that or given me a refund.

Item not received a week after order placed. No reply to several phone calls or emails.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

In July I ordered 2 fishing chairs for a holiday in late August. Despite assurances the chairs did not arrive. I am still waiting for my money back and I will now resort to legal means to get it back. Terrible - do not use

SCAM do not use this site be warned you will lose your money.
I should have read the reviews first, as the exact thing has happened to me as others I bought an item from this site they delayed delivery with poor excuses for 5 weeks.
I then asked for my money back for a full refund 3 weeks on no refund not heard a thing despite many emails.

They don’t deserve any stars but had to put in one to write review and help others before they fall to these thieves.

Any positive posts are complete lies as they are fake they are NOT genuine.

They have caught out many people because they offer items so much cheaper but you won’t get them and then they have your money and you won’t get that back either.
They are scum 🤬🤬🤬🤬

My only advise stay clear, I purchased a new fishing chair for £86 on 16 July 24, 4 weeks later still no chair, requested refund it’s now 30 September no refund received & no reply 🤬🤬 how is this company still allowed to trade

How do you get this website banned surely the police can get involved? Scam !

Ordered weeks ago! They ignore all emails and calls.
They are not shipping my order. There is no stock to ship. It's daylight robbery.

Placed an order and was emailed the next day saying it was delayed, kept on emailing to ask for updates just again to be told it was delayed, this went on for 7 weeks. I then asked for a refund and it was radio silence from them. I have applied for a charge back from the bank. Do not shop with them.

1 star is too many, DREADFUL, SCAMMERS, ordered a fishing brolly over a week ago, 10 days to be exact, no delivery date, not answering calls. Not replying to emails. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I wish i searched this company and read the reviews first, AS ALOT MORE ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME. Opened a case with credit card company for refund. SCAMMERS

Dreadful experience. Took my money, didnt deliver, promised a refund, never happened, now won't answer calls. Have barclays now trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs as this is a scam company. Look them uo on companies House. Google, you really shouldn't allow companies like this on your platform

Ordered an extension for my brolly system,got an email 2 days later saying that it would be a week,emailed them after 10 days to be told that it’s in transit to them they would send it out after security checks. 1 month later still got nothing. Emailed again and got a response saying it’s stuck in transit. Then emailed after another 3 weeks got no response I called them no response. Bank has sorted it and got my money back. And they’re still advertising what I wanted as in stock ❗️❗️❗️. Don’t bother use a different company and save yourself the 🏐 ache.

The reason I gave this two star is there as been no contact from them since I purchased the order I’ve emailed them as of yet I haven’t heard anything back and not sure if I may have lost my money

Partner ordered sone equipment from this company and it’s been over a month and still not got them. They have been ignoring every email and obviously do not intend on shipping the product, we will be doing a refund through the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING YOU YOUR PRODUCT

Do not order from this company it's a scam. I ordered a fox cammo mini micron X bite alarm on the 30th aug 2024, I was emailed that my item was going to be delayed from supplier. 2 weeks passed I emailed them to get the same response it's delayed. I then asked for a refund and they never responded. I had to go to my bank to get the money's refunded. Finangler absolute conmen.
