Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Sunrise. Als IV-Rentner mit KulturLegi bin ich auf jeden Franken angewiesen und brauche klare Strukturen. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage war es nicht möglich, die Rechnung für das Handy und das Abo separat zu erhalten. Diese fehlende Flexibilität macht es mir unmöglich, meine knappen Finanzen vernünftig zu verwalten.
​Das Schlimmste ist jedoch das sogenannte "Flex Upgrade". Mir wurde beim Verkauf überhaupt nicht verständlich erklärt, was das eigentlich bedeutet. Im Nachhinein stellt sich heraus, dass es eine reine Abzocke ist: Man zahlt am Ende deutlich mehr, als das Handy eigentlich wert ist.
​Mein Fazit:
​Keine Transparenz: Wichtige Vertragsdetails werden verschwiegen.
​Kein Entgegenkommen: Auf persönliche finanzielle Situationen wird null Rücksicht genommen.
​Viel zu teuer: Versteckte Kosten treiben den Preis unnötig in die Höhe.

They lost my meds in customs and drew it out over a month then admitted package was lost then offered more product or a refund and I chose refund and I keep getting it's on the way on this date and that date but it never shows up they are a complete scam. Should of known they are called India meds on some paperwork and sunrise on payment stuff. Scam stay away

It has been over 1 week and still haven't received my bag. The airport personnels seem to be over their heads with sunrise. Additionally, We got stranded over 6 hr.
I so was rooting for sunrise but having to lose all my positions and still paying full my ticket this hurts badly

Do not give them any money, they are a scam. I never received the product and can't get a refund and they have no phone number to contact them. Stay clear of this company they are a scam.

This was a really good and easy process. Customer service always responded and they worked through issues to get my prescription approved by my insurance company.

It was smooth and easy. Just waiting on doctor appointment now

Refused to refund me 179$ even after so cancelled my order 4 times in a row and customer service was less than empathetic or helpful. This company is a scam and not to be trusted. Even they site doesn’t have a primary customer service team I got a response from “May” not even on an email on their platform
