My husband and I are ordinary people who have been working for our entire life until our retirement lately. At first I was apprehensive of using Find UK Property service as it involves transferring significant amount of money to a 3rd Party and being an UK expat working aboard it was even more difficult. However Mr Tariq who arranged a video call answered all my questions clearly after which I was more at ease and took my step of making my 1st investment, which went smooth and as planned. (Since then I have concluded multiple purchases)
During the entire transaction the FUP team provided me with updates on the progress of the purchase & post completion the FUP team sends the legal documents.
Due to Covid-19 the registration of the houses was delayed at the UK registry, however Gary & Joshua were very quick to respond to my queries and reassure that the registration was on track.
