I am super sorry for not better explaining why we did not cold pack. This product does not actually need to be cold packed and I actually asked the company because I wanted to be sure! I apologize that we did not explain that better to you as the integrity of the products you purchase is important to us both!
I am gonna chat with my team and see how we can better communicate around this topic! If you prefer it still then you can put "cold pack please" in your order notes and we will take care of you!!

Great customer Service!
I ordered shampoo and conditioner to tame my gray hair a bit. I like the products and they arrived quickly. There was even a personal note enclosed! I'm impressed!!!

I like purchasing quality products...
I like purchasing quality products from a trusted source. I love the notes that come in the online order deliveries, and I love the coupon and sale notifications (I like to save my hard earned $$!) The website is easy to use and my product has always gotten to me fairly quickly. When I want something I've read about or learned about I always check for it here first.
