If you need something rushed, too bad. If something is late, don't expect to be notified. And during rush periods like around the holidays, your orders will be insignificant and even a nuisance since they are too busy with their retail site, so expect to experience extremely long delays (and if you get an estimate before hand, its not a promise, and they likely will exceed it). This is not a supplier that has your back.
