Total letdown.
I can only repeat as others have already posted.
Order not delivered, company not responding to emails or phone calls.
Absolute rubbish and unacceptable from a leading brand.

Ordered a dishwasher starter pack (£31) two weeks ago. Since then... nothing. Not received, not dispatched, even their own website says it is 'unfullfilled'.

Call them and that team have no idea why it's gone wrong and don't have the power to fix it. All they can do, they say, is email that team that do and 'hope' they will contact me. They never do.

You'll get the same response, i.e. none at all, if you send emails or webforms, which I have.

Bizarrely, their system sent me an email saying the goods were still in my basket right after I successfully checked out, paid (I checked the money left my account), and after I had just got another email confirming the order!

To say they are a shambles would imply accident or cock-up, but having made them aware of the issue many times and their doing nothing to either send the goods or refund me (and indeed to say that they at the call centre had no power to do either!) it is clearly something much more sinister. Take the customer's money, do nothing, laugh all the way to the bank.

Thank goodness I paid with my credit card b/c now I can hopefully force a chargeback. What a faff for something so simple. And what an awful promo to introduce your brand to new dishwasher owners with, thus ensuring I'll never touch them again.

Disgusting service!!

After placing my order 2 weeks ago for a 2 - 5 day delivery, numerous emails and telephone calls. I have still not received my order or had any contact from finish!!

I am going to contact trading standards regarding this and also speak to Bosch who are promoting their products when buying dishwashers!!

I am absolutely disgusted!!!

Definitely should have read the reviews before buying from website. Its all true, no one responds I ordered well over 2 weeks ago, no reply nothing. Will contact bank to do charge back.

This company has to be one of the most dishonest I have ever came across.

I purchased goods on their Web site more than 3 weeks ago. The item was advertised as a 2-5 day delivery.

They refuse to answer emails as to when I should expect delivery.

I've contacted their customer services via telephone requesting info and demanded a refund, but apparently it is only the sales team who can assist.

When I asked to be put in contact with the sales team, I was advised this wasn't possible.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, but again this is not possible.

This company steals your money so please be warned.

Do not under any circumstances place an order on their Web site.

Received the wrong order (wrong scent and less tabs than purchased) and they sent me a replacement order free of charge.
Admittedly, it took a couple of weeks, several unanswered emails and messages for them to acknowledge the mistake and rectify it, however can't really complain and am happy with the resolution I was offered.

What a crap company! No customer service whatsoever, took 7 payments off me, sent 3 emails, 2 app messages, phone call and Facebook messenger, no joy from any of them!!! Don't ever sign up for an subscription!

Again taken my money and no product. Thieves. They are a scam company. Do not buy from them

What an absolute sham this company is. For a “reputable” brand, they are so bad. They quite happily take your money but don’t despatch the products. Whichever means you use to contact them they never answer. I will be claiming my money back through PayPal.
