I’ve been using this product for some time. I recommended it to several friends / family members and we have all found it really beneficial. I used to have severe arthritic pain in my hands and it has now gone.

Se potessi darei 0, maleducati bugiardi. Promettono consegne entro 24/48 ore . Il mio ordine dell’11 novembre 2024 non è arrivato. Le mie proteste sono inutili non rispondono quindi non so neppure i motivi del ritardo. MAI PIÙ

Submitted an order 28 May, paid by credit card. It is now 7 June and I have had nothing from them other than the initial automatic responder email when I placed the order. No replies to contact on their web form. No replies to email. No reply to Messenger message. Ghosted. Still getting marketing email from them!!!

Il 12 maggio 2024 ho acquistato presso il loro sito dove sono registrato 6 confezioni di finito forte per un totale di euro 177. A oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente anche dopo le 5 mail inviate.
Ho sempre avuto anche in passato problemi con la consegna ma almeno rispondevano, adesso niente nel mio account risulta ordine da processare ma loro sono spariti.
State alla larga non fatevi rubare i soldi.

This company is a total scam! It takes a least 3 months before receiving your order (without any notice or respons to emails or phone calls) and when you ask them about the return policy because you would like to return the product and want a refund (after buying a similar product at another company that was delivered prompt), they never reacted and so also never refunded the purchase.

Absolut ingen dokumentation for påståede "fantastiske effekt". Mon ikke de ville dele dokumentationen, hvis de havde den? Har brugt Finitro i flere år - ingen effekt. Fantastiske tilbud, der på ingen måde er fantastiske.

Ho spedito l'ordine il 20.04.24. Nonostante i numerosi e-mail il prodotto non è ancora arrivato. Tra l'altro sono sprovvisti di recapito telefonico. A volte mi chiedo: ma che azienda è, nel senso se esiste veramente. Comunque i soldi sono stati prelevati con mooney.

Hvordan kan firmaet blive ved med at reklamere, når de ikke sender ordrerne, og ikke svarer på rykkere. Jeg har været tilfreds med finitro i 11 år, men hvad sker der? Det er nu 3 uger siden jeg bestilte, de har trukket pengene, men ingen varer, og ingen svar på mails.
Anvender de "just in time" princippet, eller er de gået konkurs.
Kom med en udmelding!!!

Acquistato sul sito ma mai ricevuto nulla (solo la mail di conferma acquisto, per dare un velo di "serietà"): ho provato più volte a mandare messaggio nella sezione "contatto" ma nessun riscontro (non c'è alcun numero di telefono per chiamarli).
Mi dispiace non aver pagato con Paypal altrimenti avrei chiesto rimborso: ho pagato con carta e so che sono soldi persi.
STATENE LONTANI E NON BUTTATE VIA I VOSTRI SOLDI.

Jeg bestilte gigtpiller hos Finitro den 1. marts, hvorefter jeg fik en bekræftelsesmail, der lovede, at jeg ville få besked, når varen blev afsendt. Finitro hævede betalingen (894kr) på min konto 5. marts. Det er nu foreløbig 11 dage siden, de trak pengene, og jeg har intet hørt på trods af tre rykkermails.
Jeg har tidligere været meget glad for Finitro og deres glimrende middel, men nu har firmaet nået bunden. Mage til upålidelighed skal man lede længe efter. Det tenderer tyveri!

About 5 years ago i was having extreme joint pain especially in my knees , My left knee was locking up , I came across Finitro on FB ........I ordered 3 months supply , AS had been described after 2 weeks pain lessened , after 6 weeks the swelling and pain was gone , at end of 3 months my knees were like new .. Over the last few years due to travel there have been times where i was unable to order , after several weeks my joint problems started to return , again relief after a couple of being back on Finitro .. May not work for everyone , but i swear by it. Be sure u only buy direct from Finitro in the Netherlands . there may be scam suppliers around ..

Jeg bestilte Finitro 23. februar og fik ordrebekræftelse. Pengene hævet 27. februar, men ingen vare modtaget endnu. Rykkede i mail 11. marts, men fik intet svar. Har rykket igen i dag via mail.

merce arrivata il 07.03.2024 sono stati di parola dicendo che cera un ritardo e che mi sarebbe arrivata entro il 4/6 marzo per mancanza di materie prime
comunque la comunicazione con loro dovrebbe migliorare perché non rispondono all'email per questo che ho dato 4 stelle invece di 5

Har fået ordrebekræftelse 27/2 men har ikke hørt noget siden. Har skrevet 2 gange til deres kundeservice uden svar.
PS. De har allerede trukket pengene….!

the product is great.But the delivery time is terrible.Ordered on 30/10/2023 and still my order has not been sent.After asking, I was told that they would send it in the last week of November, but still nothing.No one contacted me about the late delivery.

I'd give them 5 Stars for the product and NO Stars for their customer service and delivery times. I ordered and paid for my current order in August and when I emailed on 13-11 to ask why I hadn't received it I received a reply informing me that they didn't expect to ship the order until late November due to the difficulty in sourcing materials. They could have informed customers of this delay far earlier without me having to ask so we could cut down on the dosages so our supply could last but they didn't have the courtesy or do that. As far as I'm concerned the product is what's kept me from having to have a total knee replacement for the past ten years. But their customer service is not worthy of a star.

Sul prodotto non discuto.. le mie ginocchia hanno avuto benefici, ma ho ordinato e pagato il 17.12.2022 ben € 203,00 di prodotti e ad oggi ancora nessuna notizia… VERGOGNOSO e SCANDALOSO il servizio… altro che 48 ore …
