I was having an issue with my Finlux tv where a message was flashing up every few seconds in the middle of my screen and no matter what i need i couldnt get rid of it, i spent ages on google to find a way to fix it, until i went on the online chat with Kasey, i found it very friendly and very helpful as with in a few minutes my tv was back up and running as Kasey talked me through fixing the fault without having to call some body out, Very very happy and grateful to Kasey.
First class chat service, quick to respond and gave all the information clearly
bought 2 tv.s last year from finlux, they have been excellent pictures no problems at all, except one of the remotes decided it didn't want to work anymore it wanted to retire!! so i live chatted with Kasey at finlux and after saying what my problem was, i was told that a new remote would be sent that day in the post,,, what more could you ask for,,, excellent service would i recommend finlux....?? yes definately!!!
Needed spare part for my 2 year old tv which had no extended warranty. Despite being unable to supply the spares adviser BECKY gave me a number to contact immediately. Thanks BECKY! : )

i bought a 65" 3d ultra 4k television from finlux and it was delivered within 2 days (excellent delivery times). on opening the box i found there were only 4 pairs of supplied 3d glasses whereas the advertisement stated there should be 8. contacted support and within 5 minutes on their live chat with operator Abbi my problem was resolved (others in post to me).
the television is excellent , a very crisp ,clear picture , good quality sound and lots of extra's to play around with and learn about.
all in all , an excellent purchase , and Abbi is an excellent customer service rep who understood exactly the problem and sorted it fast and efficiently, while also being very polite on the chat.
From the moment I chose this brand for my next viewing purpose I have been impressed. The price makes you think twice because with Finlux you get all the fancy detail, the added extras and very sexy looking television, it seems too good to be true! But I have had my tv for close to a year now and all I can say is I will never buy another brand. Added to that I recently encountered a problem with my remote, I guess one of the children broke it but it mysteriously stopped working.... I went online to the finlux website and they have a mobile number that you could text your enquiry, within minutes of had a text back from Abi asking for the model of my television and that text was followed up by Rebecca who once confirmed my address details, informed me that a new remote would be with me within 2 days. Completely hassle free, not a load of queries about how old my to was and absolutely lovely customer service representatives. An exceptional experience.

I spoke to Kasey via chat to my Tv having a reconnected dongle. Very helpful and patient. Solved the problem easily. Even checked my warranty time for me. Many thanks Carol. 😀👍
My TV broke after 18 months of owning it, it will no longer turn on. After calling Finlux they informed me there is nothing they can do to help. They suggested I fix it myself! They also told me I could get an independent survey carried out to prove there was a fault with the TV that was not my fault, and that they would look into this report. All in all, terrible customer service and a narrow minded company who cant see the bigger picture in that they have lost a few customers for life.

My landlord was taking his time in fixing the TV which was frozen on the wireless screen. I went to the Finlux website, saw they had an online chat and started talking to a very helpful person, Becky. She arranged to have a free replacement remote sent the next day via first class delivery. Can't really ask for anything more than that. Thanks Becky!
I have received excellent customer service from Finlux. The item I ordered was received quickly but unfortunately wasn't suitable (due to our bracket not the TV), each time I have contacted Finlux about the return, I have received a prompt and helpful response. (Kasey in particular has been extremely helpful).
I would recommend Finlux to anyone, well done to you all!!

I am extremely happy and impressed with the friendly service I had today. when I got a damaged TV and emailed your company about how to go about sending the damaged TV back Kasey was fast to respond and helped in anyway she could with my questions. She was professional and caring and made me feel at ease that my problem of the damaged TV will be sorted fast and a new one will be sent out fast. A real gem to your company
