Insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung
Habe mir dieses Bike gekauft, da es auf den Fotos super aussieht und ich ein großer Fan von Single-Speed-Rädern bin. Leider verflog der Enthusiasmus dann sehr schnell und Ernüchterung machte sich breit: das Rad ist durch und durch von minderwertiger Qualität. Das Vorderrad lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen, die Bremse ist ein einziger Krampf, die Klingel passt nicht auf den Lenker und die zur Verfügung gestellte "Anleitung" ist auch nicht wirklich hilfreich. Das schlimmste ist allerdings der Kunden-Service, der die minderwertigen Räder leider nicht zurücknimmt, selbst wenn schon Gebrauchsspuren am Rad vorhanden sind. Insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung, ich rate dringend von dieser Marke ab.

Producto de calidad y atención al cliente excelente.
El cuadro que les compré (Finna Landscape) es bonito y de muy buena calidad.
La atención al cliente es muy positiva también, puedes contactar con ellos por teléfono o por email y responden tus dudas enseguida, y resuelven las incidencias en poco tiempo (en mi caso me llegó el cuadro sin la abrazadera del sillín).

Estafadores
Me estafaron, en el 2020 compré un marco de bicicleta talla S con envío a chile y se equivocaron de talla. Enviaron la talla equivocada hasta CHILE, Y NO SE HICIERON RESPONSABLES. Al comienzo respondían que se encontraban buscando una solucion, luego ignoraron mis emails, me hablaban en catalan por telefono y cortaban. Meses intentando y nada. Una verguenza de empresa

Problems ...
The bike looks great. But I didn't manage to enjoy it. I had to take it to a mechanic from day one. The pedal hub seems defective. It's noisy in motion. It will most likely need to be replaced. I didn't expect problems with a new bike. I chose between Fuji Feather and Fina. It is possible to be wrong.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Shipped me a frame and fork with missing parts per the manufacturer. That wasn’t even the worst part; the rear triangle of the frame was bent! Tradeinn would drop my chat conversations when discussing the issues with this order and then closed my return days later for no reason. I will never buy a thing from this company or any in Spain ever again. Crooks! Buyer beware!

Gorgious frame and fast delivery
Super happy with my Finna Taroko frameset. Beautiful frameset (in matte navy blue with coral accents). My purchase was handled and shipped the same day. It took only a few days to get from Barcelona to my house in The Netherlands. The frameset arrived well packaged, without any damage. The quality of the frame and the paintwork are really good. Building the bike was a joy. I’ve used Ritchey WCS components, a SRAM Mullet AXS (Rival/GX) groupset and FFWD Drift DT240 wheels to complete the bike. In the meantime I went out for two rides (including a 120 km offroad gravel ride) and I couldn’t be happier. SUPERRRR!!!
