Finnie's are a cut above, you go into their shop and you are treated like royalty. The shop is beautiful, it is such a nice place to be, just to sit and look at the gorgeous Jewellery, the assistants are very knowledgeable and help with everything, including giving you ideas of what goes with your own jewellery.
I bought a ring online, it was too big for me, I took it into the shop and they took out loads of different rings to choose from, there was nothing suitable, so they gave me a full refund, I intend to return to the shop soon.

I’ve used Finnie’s online shop twice recently and I will use them again. The jewellery is beautiful and the service is excellent. All items arrived well packaged and within 2 days of ordering. When a ring purchased online as a gift was too big, it was very easy to walk into the real shop and have it resized. The staff were very helpful and encouraged my Mum to enjoy wearing her new jewellery instead of keeping it for special occasions. Which is a sentiment that we should all follow!
