First time using Finnrick was a massive failure. Paid for priority service (10 day TA for results). They were late by 3 days and only provided half the results. Got the other half a week later. IMO they owe me $89! But that won’t happen because they never responded to my multiple attempts for contact through email. Eventually their X account helped get my full results. Bummer to have this experience when paying $200 in services for a company who does most of their services for free.

Update: Of course there’s a prompt reply here. I have receipts tho. You received on the 9th, not the 12th. Results were completed by the lab a full week prior, you could have made the deadline. At least change the wording/promise of paid turn around time if you can’t guarantee it.

Sent in a vial of Retatruetide to verify purity. Easy process online to get approval for testing. Very good communication from Finnrick when the sample was received. Prompt email with testing results once completed.

Good overall! Only giving it 4 stars due to the wait time for the COA. It took roughly one month to get the results back.

I trust Finnrick 100%. They are looking out for the everyday buyer, and just not the big corporations. A person also gets back the results in a very reasonable time. I will always use Finnrick. They always respond to emails as well, and never ignore them.

Finnrick gave me a peace of mind. It’s real, and it works.

The customer service rep said he wouldn’t post my sample because I don’t have a public place to locate the vendor. Everyone doesn’t have groups. It makes no sense. Listed my sample under the incorrect vendor while I plainly listed the vendor during the request and on the sample. I did the paid testing at BT Labs but they reported it incorrectly even though I sent an email of the error.
