Our free plan provides automated payment processing to help retailers remain compliant with state‑regulated alcohol invoice payment terms. Free‑plan users can also access 10 days of payment history in their portal.

We understand the frustration of onboarding issues and are continually working to improve our self‑service registration experience.

If a duplicate payment occurs, we recommend contacting your distributor directly, as all payment instructions originate from them and they are the only party that can see both Fintech‑processed and separately submitted payments.

All ACH and electronic funds transfers through Fintech are processed in strict compliance with Federal Reserve and NACHA guidelines. These standards ensure the secure handling of bank account information and protect against unauthorized access. We do not sell personal or banking information, and we use advanced encryption and security controls to safeguard customer data.

We also want to clarify that our company has no reported data breaches. At times, we are mistakenly associated with the broader industry term “FinTech,” which many unrelated companies use; however, we are not affiliated with those organizations.

In addition, our secure electronic payment services help reduce risk compared to traditional paper checks, which are more susceptible to being lost, stolen, or used for fraud—further helping protect retailers’ bank account information.

For over 35 years, we’ve delivered secure, compliant, and efficient payment solutions that help retailers and distributors meet state alcohol invoice regulations, without ever compromising security.

With this plan, users can view the past 10 days of payment history in the portal. Detailed invoice visibility is available on our paid plans, which provide access to 15 months of invoice history and additional features for enhanced transparency and reporting.

To clarify, when a distributor submits an invoice, your account is automatically debited in accordance with state-regulated payment terms. If a double payment occurs, due to one made in person, we will reimburse your account appropriately once notified.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important it is to have visibility into your payments and invoices.

To clarify, payments are processed automatically once a vendor submits an invoice, in accordance with state-regulated terms. This ensures compliance and timely settlement between retailers and distributors.

Retailers on our free plan can view up to 10 days of payment history in our new portal. For those on a paid plan, the portal provides access to 15 months of detailed invoice history. We're continually working to improve transparency and functionality based on feedback like yours.

Thank you for your feedback. The fees associated with returned payments reflect charges we incur from the banks. We want to assure you that we make no revenue from these fees. Additionally, we always notify clients before processing returns to allow you to pay the amount owed to your vendor. If you have further concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them directly.
