Absolutely nothing like what they are advertising it was supposed to be a figurine but what you actually receive is a plastic flat cut out!!!! Absolute rubbish and absolutely no chance of getting a refund or being able to return for refund we have emailed them almost every day since mid December at one time they said we could have a 50% refund but they just make excuse after excuse of why they haven’t sent it .. I would not recommend you purchase anything from this company they just scam you :(

Item is not like the pictures you posted. Far from a figure statue. It was more like a paper doll cut out hung over a plastic frame.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Bestellung. Das Bild wurde auf dem Papier ausgedruckt, die Rahmen haben sehr billige Qualität. Und dafür 60,00 Euro wurde verlangt . Generell: sehr sehr schlecht!!!!! Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Finger weg. Billig gemacht auf ner platten Acrylglasplatte. Keine Skulptur. Bin mega enttäuscht so abgezockt zu werden.

One star is generous. If you think you'll get a 3D statuette (which is implied by their website), you won't get it. What you'll get is a flat acrylic cutout of the picture you submit that is about 1/8" thick. If your picture contained colors, the cutout you'll get is "copper tinted", meaning that all the faces in your photo will come out brown. If you ask for a refund, they won't send it. Instead, the seller will try to "negotiate" with you even though the product sent doesn't come close to resembling your photo. This is classic "bait & switch".

Very disappointed with final product just received, absolutely nothing like the description given on site.
3 dimensional figures not even used just 1 dimensional photo on very cheap laminate ( leaving the head of one guest left in )
Definitely not even worth the offer price of £28 never mind full price.
No wonder there is nowhere to leave"reviews" as mine would be a 'zero' with a recommendation not to use

Ik heb een beeldje besteld maar kreeg een stuk plexiglas met onze foto! Geld zeer zeper niet waard!

Fik slet ikke det jeg bestilte, og de var ikke til at komme i kontakt med næsten. Sidste gang jeg bestiller noget derfra. Virkelig skuffende 👎

I seem to be part of the “statue bait and switch” club. I ordered a copper statue on a circular base. I received a hideous representation of a photograph on a piece of cardboard and a cardboard base. When I complained they said they would only refund me 20% of my price if I return this monstrosity at my cost to China. lol. Don’t waste your money… scammers !!!!

I ordered a wooden 3d shaped portret, they also confirmed this in their email with a photo of a sample, but I received a photo on paper in a frame with a simple wooden filter. The quality is very bad. The site is very misleading, and they refuse to give a refund! So don't order anything at this store!

OMG wat a complete rip off, ordered a metal statue of myself and my husband as a christmas present and it came back as a photograph of myself and my husband as wood, why the f--- would I want a wooden photograph, I would have preferred a canvas photograph that would have cost me a fraction of the price.
