Ever since I bought my house, I dreamed of opening up the original fireplace and making the space usable again. After countless AI generated images, I finally had a clear vision of what I wanted. From the very first conversation, Gemma and the team at Fireplace Fitters were fantastic. They took the time to understand my ideas, guided me through the options available, and made the whole process simple and stress free. The delivery and communication were excellent throughout. I was especially concerned about the original wooden panelling, but the installation team treated it with great care and respect. Their workmanship was outstanding and they left everything clean and tidy. The finished fireplace has completely transformed the room and looks even better than I imagined.

Fireplace Fitters came to service our BellFires fireplaces. They provided good, efficient, service and the broken fireplace worked again. Will use them again for our next service.

First class service. Reliable, polite and professional. Installed and service my log burner, and sweep my chimney and have always had a positive experience.

After 10 years of use and finding that my log burner had been installed incorrectly, I contacted Fireplace Fitters after a recommendation. Gemma, and the fitters, Stefan and Paul were absolutely brilliant. They were all extremely professional, kind and considerate. Gemma's communication skills are excellent and she kept me informed about install and the fitters arrived on time. They worked very hard to get the job done. I was stressed about the refit, and the first installation turned out to be worse than originally thought. Stefan and Paul calmly got on with the work and paid attention to detail and did a brilliant job. They removed existing tiles carefully to enable me to use them again, on reflection we agreed the space looked better without. With the correct surrounding fire proof boarding installed this time, it meant the tiles did not need to be reinstated. It was so good all I had to do was paint around the burner and replace some wallpaper on the chimney breast. I am completely confident in their work and to know it is HETAS compliant is very reassuring. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.
