I had questions about the product before I purchased it and customer service was very helpful. We are building a house so I needed the specifications for the electrician and could not find everything I needed on website so I called and they answered my questions. My fireplace has been delivered but I have not installed yet because we are still in the building process. Very pleased with the help that I received.

Customer service was awful, the rep knew that what I was ordering wasn’t going to fit and did not offer to cancel my order. Was extremely rude and not helpful. Kept repeating the same thing over and over yet did not acknowledge that I could of just cancelled my order.

Customer service was helpful before and after our fireplace purchase. We received the best price from Fireplaces USA after comparing several companies. There was not clear information on delivery of our fireplace which was confusing - the tracking information brought up a different order & an item we ordered was not included when delivered (even though the email listed it as being shipped) - but customer service quickly provided the correct tracking information, and our missing item was backordered without notice and we did receive it a couple weeks after. Overall, I would recommend Fireplaces USA!

Fireplace came on time and in good condition. Cheapest price I could find online as well.

This company charged me $186.00 for a piece of particle board. They have not confirmed my return of said item nor issued me a refund for said item after two weeks since said item was sent back.
