Good product description. Delivery time very good.

Order has still not arrived several months later, very poor communication from the company, emails lacking in useful information and basic curtesy.

Dan and the team are friendly , professional and very helpful.

Am still yet to receive the othere bits of the product I paid for.
I had to get the other bit from other suppliers.
Can I have a refund of my money please.all I've received today is 1 fire extinguisher.

Easy to order and arrived on time.

EDIT: I did receive the fire beater as soon as they got thrm in stock. Rating upped to a 4
Giving a temp rating of 3 as I have not yet received the fire beater I ordered 3 months ago. They have contacted me to apologise that the beater is back ordered till January. I will give them the benefit of the doubt until then. It is a shame their website claimed the item was in stock.

Fire extinguisher was paid for but didn’t arrive so cancelled but still awaiting refund been a while now !

ordered 2 fire beaters. Over a week later no delivery (i ordered because of quick delivery). Phoned up to ask where parcel was to be told item on backorder till October. Brilliant. Updated 3 weeks later- I still have not received a refund for items never sent. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ok so updated updated. A month later and had to go through paypal disputes to get money back, but crucially, paypal are having to fund this out of their own pocket. This company doesn't even have the decency to reply to a dispute let alone refund through paypal. Absolutely disgusting.

Very good service. Very prompt delivery. All arrived in good order. Bought 3 extinguishers. All for domestic use. Would definitely recommend.

Fast delivery good product can recommend

Order items on 29th July its now 5th August still no delivery. Sent emails but no reply. Phoned today to speak to someone ,only to be told to be patient they only have one person working through the emails. Wouldn't mind so much only paid for next day delivery which wasn't cheap. Poor customer service

Still waiting for my order to be delivered.
As requested I have emailed and also called to discuss - to date no reply to my 4 emails and have been told by two different employees on the phone that they only deal with sales and they are unable to help nor are they able to pass me onto someone who can.
Customer service is shocking!

Item not received and no contact from seller.

Two extinguishers delivered as promised and promptly. Not had to use them yet, so cannot tell you if they work. Let's hope so!!
