Originally purchased the extinguisher on 12th April 2022, believing it was available for next day delivery as advertised on my google search.
Having not received it within a week of ordering, I called them (as no one had been in contact, nor updated any shipping info) to be told it was stuck in Poland but should be with me by 21st April.
It has only finally arrived today, 25th April.....13 days after originally placing an order for what I believed to be next day delivery

I ordered 56 extinguishers, but i have yet to receive them all. The salesman was not very helpful in being able to give a window for which they would be delivered and each type of extinguisher has so far arrived via separate delivery, which is not very sustainable. I'm hoping to receive the remaining extinguishers soon.....

Item not delivered on time, paid £12.50 for next day shipping, called 2 days later and was advised it was being looked into and they would call me back, still waiting…….

Always a little apprehensive when dealing with a new supplier but there weren’t any problems. The ordering was straightforward and delivery was on time, well packaged and the equipment was as described. Very good service

The bundle price of extinguishers and direct aid are goo, delivery was nice and fast. The only down point is the quality of the pre-packed first aid kit is not good.
Happy with the extinguishers, fire blanket etc.

Order placed on Friday for next day delivery.
Friday 1 week later and I have still not received the fire extinguishers but payment has been taken.
Most of the time you have to call more than once to get anyone to answer the phone.
This issue is still unresolved and I am now £800 out of pocket with no goods.
Avoid!
