A really good experience
A really good experience - I ordered a small extinguisher online, which arrived without an issue very soon afterwards. Sounds simple, but not all firms get it right.

The company, its fast delivery, and the fire extinguisher in question were all excellent.
My only issue was with their choice of Yodel as a courier, as in my area they leave items at the door and run, and it is sometimes a door half a mile away. Not Firesafewestmidlands fault though.

We do find Yodel's economy service the best for smaller deliveries, overall. I concede though, there are occasionally issues, similar to what you describe. Where this does happen we do take responsibility and rectify.
We also take a very pro active approach to deliveries and monitor them in transit to stay one step ahead of any potential problems. All considered though, they help keep the costs down for our customers, and most of the time, get the job done. We do have other courier options, so if there has been a previously bad experience with a courier, we'll happily use an alternative, just let us know.
