Mio padre si é fatto abbagliare dal fatto che vendessero dei petardi quasi introvabili...e vederlo dispiaciuto perché é stato truffato da questo sito mi rattrista molto...purtroppo non rispondono alle mail e tantoneno al telefono, con l'acquisto da questo sito voleva far divertire me e mio fratello ma purtroppo é incappato in una truffa! State attenti non comprate...provare per credere!

Pessima esperienza...dopo l'avvenuto pagamento non ho più notizie del pacco che dovrebbe arrivare,l'unico pacco è quello che fireworks echo mi ha tirato! Come accennato in una precedente recensione posso dire di essere stato truffato visto che non rispondono a nessuna mail in entrambi gli indirizzi! Tralaltro il numero di telefono sul sito risulta inattivo! Cercherò di contattare le autorità austriache per cercare di recuperare i miei soldi...spero che vengano presi provvedimenti

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. DON'T TRUST JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I have received a fake tracking number and have already contacted Paysafe regarding your fraudulent activity. The local authorities in your country have also been informed.
Additionally, I have all the necessary evidence, which I am ready to share, proving the false information you have provided. You are nothing but scammers.
THEY ANSWER TO YOU BEFORE AND AFTER THE ORDER AND PAYMENT AND THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL SEND IT TOMORROW AND THEN THEY DISSAPEAR FOREVER. SCAM!
The tracking number you provided does not correspond to any courier company.
I have already requested detailed information and photos of the shipment, but I have not received any response.
Please provide valid proof of shipment and the correct tracking details immediately.
I have already completed the payment, and up until a certain point, we were in daily communication. I was clearly informed that the order would be shipped the very next day. However, since then, you have completely stopped responding to my emails.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Ignoring a paying customer after making commitments reflects extremely poorly on your reliability and business practices.
I expect an immediate response with a clear update on the status of my order. If I do not hear back promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

We take accusations like this very seriously, but this review is completely false.
The order number mentioned (#2872), likely inserted randomly to make the review appear credible, is actually marked as delivered to the address provided in the order. Our records clearly confirm successful shipment and delivery.
We have not received any legitimate communication matching what is described here. On the contrary, we have received messages containing threats to post negative reviews in exchange for money, which we consider an attempt of extortion. We do not engage with or give in to such behavior.
We always provide tracking details and support to our customers, and we remain available to resolve any genuine issue in a transparent and professional manner.

Giustamente hanno anche il coraggio di farti cancellare la recensione negativa, nonostante abbia pagato e mai ricevuto la merce.
Devo confermare la brutta esperienza avuta da altri, si sono dimostrati disponibili finché non ho fatto il bonifico, poi sono spariti (e ora capisco perché vogliono il bonifico come metodo e non PayPal);
Ho anche pagato la spedizione celere in 4-5 giorni al costo di 20 euro tutto in data 02/03/26.
Ho fatto passare circa 7 giorni dall’acquisto, visto che non ricevevo il tracking della spedizione e mi è stato scritto nell’ultimo messaggio datato 10/03/26 che la spedizione sarebbe partita l’11/03 a mattina….
Alle e-mail successive di richiesta del tracking nessuna risposta.

I placed an order on Saturday, March 14th, I paid €106 immediately, I have the bank receipt...order #2642, they sent an order confirmation email.. and it also said that I would be sent an email with an order tracking number.. on Monday, March 16th, I sent it again and they told me that they had sent an email with a tracking number. and that it might be in the spam folder.. I checked it and there was nothing.. today, Tuesday, March 17th, I have sent many emails and they have not responded, they are missing.. please reply to me and let me know. I am making this comment here in case you see it and reply to me.. in case something changes and I receive the order, then only I will change my rating.
