The email you may be referring to that arrived three days after delivery was the automated Trustpilot review request email. We schedule these to arrive a few days after arrival, so you have time to either use the product or review our service.

Accurate and timely
Order came in the time they said it would, well packaged and accurate. Long dates on the items that have them.
I just wish they would stock Glucose gel tubes so I don't have to get those off Amazon.
