I completed a two day outdoor first aid course for my job as a geography teacher, I cannot recommend this course provider enough. Alan was brilliant, made the content very easy to understand and very enjoyable.

All and more than I hoped for. I aim to do as many outdoor pursuits as possible and feel safer and more confident as a result. Alan 100% made this course so much fun and his knowledge and delivery are second to none!

I did the Outdoor First Aid weekend course with First Aid Academy and was really impressed.

Every minute was packed with important information, delivered in a variety of memorable ways - slides, stories, demonstrations, videos, pictures and practical sessions.

With such long days (9am-6pm) and so much content to get across, the course could have been a slog - but the instructor (Maggie) kept the energy really high throughout with patience and good humour.

Maggie was also great at answering questions and gave space to other course attendees to share their experiences, which was useful to hear.

A first class course, very instructive and enjoyable. Alan uses the benefit of his personal experience to deliver a course that keeps his audience engaged and focused. He is clearly passionate about his subject and provides a high level of training equipment and opportunities for practical experience. Highly relevant for those of us working outside in remote locations, I can not recommend this training highly enough.
