Issues with return but has been resolved
I ordered the wrong size by mistake. First Blood were're very helpful and agreed to accept a return despite being outside of the usual return window (it was a gift and I hadn't opened the package so didn't realise my mistake). I sent the top back as instructed via tracked, using Royal Mail which cost over £14, sent First Blood the tracking info and they said they'd let me know once they had received it to issue the refund. 2 weeks had passed, so I checked the tracking info only to be greeted with a message stating "Returned to sender, recipient refused to accept it".
Contacted First blood who have apologised and refunded the order as well as the return postage I paid. No one seems to know why the order was rejected at the warehouse as they stated they accept all deliveries. It is still to be known if the original order ends up back with me or not but they have offered to pay the return fee again if I do receive it.
New top in correct size ordered so hopefully no more issues now.

Well what can I say,,,, ordered a jacket in november, got email confirmation. waited but nothing. Did the tracking which said it had been delivered... really ..nope...emailed them and got a reply saying it was a pre order, which site never said that when I ordered. So ok waited... emailed again asking for update, got response saying would be in shortly,,, still nothing from them not even a response. Emailed again saying would be sorted 12th jan, todays the 12th. Emailed again on Sunday no response. Emailed again tonight and yayyyy 😡😭, no response. This was a Christmas gift...if it had said on site it was a preorder I would not have ordered it. I've paid the money, all I want is what I ordered, don't think that's much to ask for

Waited ages for 2 orders.. one was pre order so get takes awhile but when it starts selling on the site as a normal sale not a preorder then goes out of stock while im waiting for mine to be fulfilled is tedious and annoying.. 2nd order is a normal non pre order heavy duty hoody n pants not heard out n been sat at shippers for near a week now... dont understand how cant even get a reply email or a update on what's going on

I ordered a Christmas present for my son on the 29/11/2025 of which i still haven't received! They told me, after quite a few emails that wasn't responded to, that part of my order wasn't in stock, which wasn't stated when placed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait. 2 weeks later I received another email saying, my order has been lost by the courier and would be resent. That was nearly 2 weeks ago? The transit time is ment to be 5-10 days? I've sent a few more email since and have received some generic email that doesn't help what so ever. What worse is we're off to see the band next Friday and my son is quite upset he won't be able to wear his new merch. Im left trying to explain this to a 12 year old which is upsetting for me.

I ordered a Slaughter to prevail - Hell kitty - hoodie on Black Friday, received it on December 5th. The print is in poor quality and has a rip in it. I reported the problem the same day and they got back to me the same day willing to resolve the issue and asking for evidence. I sent over pictures and asked for a new hoodie. No response for over a week. So I sent a new ticket and they got back to me apologizing for the time it took and asked for pictures again. I provided the information asked for, again and they wanted to refund and give me 10% off my next purchase. I informed them that I only ordered due to the hoodie being on 30%, not 10% and that I wanted a new hoodie. (They agreed to send me one in the earlier emails) The hoodie was however now out of stock due to them taking almost a month and several emails back and forth to resolve the issue so they informed me they could refund and give me 30% off if I ordered a hoodie from them again. I agreed to this.
During this back and forth I paused the invoice I have over at Klarna and I informed the company about this and I also informed them that the minute the issue the refund the ”chargeback” they claim to see would be resolved. (I used to work at klarna, I know the system.) They asked me several times to remove the issue so they could refund. So 12 days ago I marked the issue as resolved over at klarna and I sent an email to firstblood informing them that they have 12 days to refund, otherwise I’d have to put a hold on the invoice again to avoid fees. And I received no answer. 12 days has gone and still no answer and still no refund. So I contacted klarna again asking to pause the invoice I have with them due to the purchase from firstblood. And I, again, sent an email to firstblood and informed them about the invoice being put on hold and that THEY need to refund the whole amount to resolve the issue over at klarna now.
It’s been 1,5 months almost of back and forth with this company without them resolving my issue. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
This issue isn’t resolved yet and it’s taken so much time and energy. It’s not worth it.

The item I ordered was out of stock and took quite a while from order date til delivery. But otherwise I am super happy with the look and quality of the merch, as well as the response and support I recieved from the company.

Ordered 20th november to get order in…
Ordered 20th november to get order in time for xmas, didn't arrive until 8th january. Misinformed throughout, sent repeated invoices saying it had been sent, but upon checking the different tracking numbers the answer was still the same: it had not left first blood. Unhelpful and vague when contacted. Won't use again and won't buy S2P merch again.
