Not shipped

My Mrs bought me a singlet for Christmas on the 20/11/25 and still not shipped but it has given her a tracking number, but nothing more than that. Hope it’s not a scam site.

No information

Order placed more than 2 weeks ago, package supposedly shipped but the tracking number provided says that the package has still not been handed over to the carrier... Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 days.
Several emails sent and I was only told to wait, no real information to know where my package is.

Truffatori non rispondono né all’e-mail e neanche telefonicamente per una procedura di reso!! Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti da loro se si desidera avere un minimo di supporto in caso di problemi.
Sono estremamente deluso da questa esperienza.

Needed a size change for a shirt before shipping internationally, potentially a big problem fixed by polite, quick and easy communication. Great people, great product, will buy again.

Pessima gestione dei resi e servizio clienti inesistente!

Ho effettuato un acquisto e, purtroppo, ho dovuto richiedere un reso entro i termini previsti di 15 giorni. Ho inviato la prima e-mail con la richiesta e tutte le informazioni necessarie, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Ho provato a sollecitare la richiesta con altre e-mail nei giorni successivi, ma sono state tutte ignorate. La loro totale mancanza di comunicazione ha fatto sì che i 15 giorni per effettuare il reso scadessero senza che io avessi la possibilità di completare la procedura.
È inaccettabile che un negozio online gestisca i resi in questo modo, rendendo di fatto impossibile per il cliente esercitare il proprio diritto di recesso. Il servizio clienti è inesistente e poco professionale. Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti da loro se si desidera avere un minimo di supporto in caso di problemi.
Sono estremamente deluso da questa esperienza.

Please rest assured that, despite the 15-day return window having passed, we will still accept your return, as the delay was due to circumstances beyond your control. Your case has now been escalated directly to me.

Could you please provide your order number and, if possible, the earlier correspondence you mentioned? I will immediately generate your return label and personally oversee the entire process to ensure it is handled quickly and without any further inconvenience.

I can't get the page to translate and…

I can't get the page to translate and therefore don't know what the questions are, but the merch is on point, well made and durable, everything from the masks to the hoodies, stickers, and patches are ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
And for the record, the Rhinestone merch is tough as hell too! Ordered my kid a Rhinestone Logo Tee she wore to warped tour, washed twice, and i ordered the Rhinestone Crop Top for myself, have worn it in Slaughter To Prevails Moshpits and Walls of death at 3 different shows now, washed each time, and not a single Rhinestone is missing! More merch (Load #5) is on the way, and I bought ANOTHER hoodie at warped tour Orlando '25 last weekend 😅
So far we own the pink logo hoodie, the Hell Kitty Hoodie, the black hoodie with the white logo and mask design (warped '25), 4 different Tees, a mask, a crop top, enamel pins (otw) and patches 🤘🏻 We're huge fans 🤘🏻

Haven't received my order

Haven't received my order. It says unfulfilled. I asked them to cancel and refund. They said it shipped but won't give me a tracking number. Shady. I ordered on October 1. It's November 20.

Dear Amber,
We would like to clarify the status of your order and the shipping method you selected. Your package was shipped on October 7th using the Sea Economy method. This option is transported by sea and has a longer transit time. Orders shipped via Sea Economy are marked as fulfilled only once the USPS domestic label is created. This step has not yet appeared on your end because the container has only recently arrived in the United States.

Your package is already in the U.S., currently being unloaded and prepared for repackaging at our American fulfillment warehouse. Once the USPS label is generated in the coming days, the status will automatically update, and the package will be handed over for final domestic delivery. You should receive it very soon.

Because the shipment left on October 7th and has been in transit since then, we were unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, if you are no longer interested in receiving the product you may simply refuse the package upon delivery. It will then return to us automatically, and we will be able to issue a full refund once it arrives back at our facility.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Trying to get a response about my refund

Initially Took a bit of time for a response however I now understand it was a public holiday in Poland so that’s why! Refund was a quick and easy process and responses were prompt after the initial hurdle! Would order again!

worthless support team

I have emailed three poeple about how my order got cancelled by a glitch when switching warehous and none of them have helped a single bit. They said my order will proceed as normal but it hasn't.

Highly Recommended!

I had an error with my address, and they contacted me the same day I placed the order to solve it. Everything I ordered was a preorder, so it took a little while (as they advised on their website, so I wasn’t worried about the timing). BTW, the shipment to Spain was very fast.

The wait was worth it, all the merch is dope! 100% recommended.
