The technician was ahead of schedule
The technician was ahead of schedule, called and asked if that worked for me and YES, it did! He quickly diagnosed the problem of which two other technicians were stumped. Replaced the part that was needed and got my fireplace in working order! Would definitely recommend and use again if the need arises!!

Efficient!
The guys were very efficient, professional and did a great job! I just bought an older home that had 2 fireplaces that had burned real wood often. The inspector said there was creosote build-up and I wanted a clean start. I plan to use gas logs now. I recommend this company.
