Refund is the worse on this website

Unlike Amazon, you can't cancel the order as soon as you place the order. App will not allow you to cancel. You will be allow to cancel the order after they ship the item where they will charge you shipping fee.

And you will not able to refund to your original way of payment method like Amazon. They will do cash refund to their account where you need to use it on their website again. Pathetic experience.

FirstCry is the worst company

They sent us a used item. The tag even has the name of a child and it was erased. Too bad service. We asked for refund. They sent us a link that does not work. We contacted them, they stopped responding.
If not from Amazon or Noon, don't buy!
Worst company!

Don't Buy the 10ft Trampoline

I bought the 10 ft trampoline in Jan 2022. A year later, the zipper and the lock of the trampoline broke. So this became a dangerous situation. My child actually fell out of trampoline because of this and got hurt.
I asked the company to replace the item or repair it. They dragged their feet for 6 weeks. They finally decided that the zipper and the lock cannot be replaced and informed me that only way is to replace the whole trampoline.
This is NOT an acceptable behavior or response. I am letting other buyers know so their children are not put in a dangerous situation.

Mostly good experience until recently

Started ordering from First Cry since my new baby was born in December. Website simple enough to use, never had issues with the delivery, as the orders have always arrived when promised. Most items I have received have been absolutely fine as far as I can tell.

However my latest order surprised and disappointed me. Ordered a supposedly branded baby activity centre. When it arrived it was clearly a Chinese knock-off product with the only hint to the promised brand, a flimsy sticker stuck onto the box. You can’t just stick a sticker on and it makes it branded. Starting to wonder how much of their stuff is actually real, although this is the only one I have noticed to be a fake.

insufferable check out & return process

What an insufferable check out journey!! Absolutely impractical to gift an item via first cry - they dont offer any gifting options. The chat bot promises a gift wrapping option BUT you won't know until you call customer service that NOT all products have this. And they customer center totally ignores your initial reach out email as though it was never sent !!!
The worse return process of ALL time. After less than 24 hour delivery - I was asked to submit images of the package in 6 different ways In order to get it approved (after I already submitted 3 images of the item in its original package fresh in its box and hasn't been opened.)
The customer call center shouldn't even exist as they absolutely don't care to support or provide help or be 1% empathetic to the situation.

Never ever again shopping nor will I recommend frycry to anyone! Your competitors outperform you by far on all aspects!

I wonder if your product team tested this journey, taken the feedback given and applied it prior to launch. If not being agile is in your favor please consider a major revamp here.

Faulty product, bad service to fix it

Ordered a travel cot, didn’t work when it arrived, took 6 days to hear back from customer service and when I did they rejected the claim as I did not attach pictures (which would have been irrelevant to the claim).

Also offering FirstCry credit as a refund instead of cash which is not right given they sold a faulty product.

Won’t be ordering from FirstCry again.

First cry delivery service is very…

First cry delivery service is very poor, as I experienced they mention same day delivery but that was totally wrong. shameless customer care, they have no activities on issue and they didn't resolve the issue too.Sometime people needs some products on emergency basis then they made an order but as same day delivery mentioned they delayed and taken no action on that.Totally hopeless, never go with this app.

Used product sent

One of the product was used already. I had sent he imaged. They ensured me to refund and after a couple of follow ups. They replied and saying that “we do apologize for the inconvenience. However, your return request has been rejected
as the supplier confirmed the item is not used and this is the way the item is dispatched
We are sad to inform you however this case is now closed we will not be proceeding with your request “ Worse experience and waste of money.

They will deceive the costumers by…

They will deceive the costumers by their offer. Especially the cashback. I received the cash back code. The codition will never be applicable in the page for your cash back. In the end no cash back.

They have blenders that dont function…

They have blenders that dont function literally after a few days, then they will ask you to personally take your blender to an industrial area as if it was your fault...So you end up getting frustrated and the customer service is Very RUDE!!!!

Terrible communication and…

Terrible communication and disorganisation. Incomplete orders delivered but no replacement service available. Assembly service came and wasn’t able to complete even after being advised prior that the full parts weren’t available only then to fix a bike light in the incorrect position.
Had to chase for seperate pieces on own accord as service was so bad and am still waiting for someone to advise when they will complete the assembly and eeadjsting(due to incorrect assembly) process included in the purchase

It’s really very bad service to keep…

It’s really very bad service to keep waiting the order I did and they sent messages reschedule the receiving dates from their side without any one call us. If you aren’t not welling to work professionally, it’s ridiculous
Customer service agents like robots just saying the same phrases and not understand the situation or take any action.
Very bad service and i will share my feedback everywhere to let all know the reality of non honest service

Please never buy an item here

Never buy an item in this shop.
I never received my order since 2 weeks.
They told me fast delivery in 3-5 days, I never received a call or instruction for my order BGV1649312038718.

Customer support never answer me, Im issuing a complaint with my bank. Please, never order here
