Everything was great
Everything was great! Easy to use and set everything up. It was my first time starting up a business and was unsure of pretty much everything. After going through the process I will definitely be using this service again.

I was guided to your website instead of the Oregon Secretary of State. I paid $175. to much for my LLC renewal. I received no benefit from your company.

Thank you for responding. We certainly try to be completely transparent with our pricing and on what services you request.
We clearly list the services in the packages or a la carte option, with the ability to see details about those services. We also clearly itemize your order on the checkout screen to ensure our customers are fully aware of what they did, and did not request. After checkout, we ask our customers to confirm that the information they entered, including the items they purchased are correct before we proceed with filing.
Please contact us and let us know how we could improve to be sure no other customers ever feel we are not clear
