Right from the initial call to speaking…
Right from the initial call to speaking with James, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful talking me through exactly what I would expect on the day, and it was exactly as he described. Upon arrival I felt immediately at home and very comfortable. Stacey was amazing during the screening I felt so relaxed, which can sometimes be a daunting experience for some people, but she made me feel at ease every step of the way. The report was easy to understand. Already re booked for next year. Thank you first phase - outstanding!

As a semi professional athelte I want…
As a semi professional athelte I want to make sure I'mlooking after my body in the best way possible.
James ran through the whole procedure and whilst I was a little unsure at first, once I was in the hands of Stacey and Ellie everything went swimmingly.
The whole team are great, the advice I received afterwards has really helped in terms of performance and recovery and I can't wait to see if I can improve a few PB's in the coming weeks.
