I had a problem connecting a new printer to my desk top computer. Ricky identified all the issues and spent a long time dealing with the problems. He rang back every time and I could watch what he was doing at all times. A great service from a great company.

Excellent service and very pleasant to work with. Thrilled to have my laptop and printer back working like new.

It is Good Friday and I hesitated to call First Source for help with a non-functioning Google or more importantly Outlook.
I made the call and Gavin answered - he gave just brilliant, courteous and excellent support and fixed the problem in a shirt space of time.

I would have been lost without his excellent knowledge and his technical ability.

Cannot rate him high enough!

I am 81 years old and, although I can use a computer, when things go wrong I have no idea how to put things right when they go wrong. I had a couple of issues with my computer so I called First Source. My contacts there were, mainly, Victor and also his colleague Craig. Although the session was to last over two hours, Victor explained every thing in very simple terms, constantly asking if I understood. At times he ended the telephone call but promised to call back within 15 minutes - which he did on every occasion. He obviously fixed my issues but, in addition saved me money by pointing out that I could buy a lifetime Microsoft Office product for £150m rather than paying £60 pounds a year for the same product. He also advised that I had far too many security products when, in fact, I only needed one!
All in all I was very impressed with the service that I got on the day and will have no hesitation in contacting them again should the need arise. Many thanks Victor and Craig

Gary, Anne and their colleagues have provided a first class service today. I couldn't connect my Canon printer. They diagnosed the problems, cleaned up the laptop and got the printer working. I hope any future engagements are equally successful

My experience was great because of your wonderful employee Gavin. I had to install my new printer with my computer, and I didn't have a clue where to begin.
Gavin was absolutely the best!! He was kind, patient, helpful, and got the job completed. He deserves a commendation.

What amazing guys these were helping me an OAP through my non working printer set-up problems and cleaned-up my laptop too. Dave and his supervisor were extremely patient talking me through everything step by step when I understand zero technology and was quite anxious. Gary and Victor have been soooo helpful in fixing my computer/printer problems and they have been very patient as well as I do not have great computer skills.

I was having difficulty setting up my new printer and reached out to First Source Tech. Not only have they connected my printer, they have also cleaned up my pc and installed McAfee to protect my pc. They were very patient while talking me though what the issues were, how to navigate the pc and my pc now runs so much quicker. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

I'm an old man and not much good at learning how to use new technology. Signing up to First Source Technplogies hbas been one of he best things I|'ve done. I've made an embarrassing high number of calls recently and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, and my problems resolved rapidly. Two of the helpers' names I reremember are Vincent and Ricky. I can't thank them enough fo their kind and friendly help.

My printer wasnt working and I spoke with an adviser called Kate who went (patiently)though all the different reasons why whis was itseemed my compyuter had been infected and was not running as best it could with about 70 warnings!Although I am protected this was stopping the driver working on the printer. After 40 minutes and a total of over an hour minutes in all the problem was fixed. I was charged £59.99 and given 30 days cover should I have any more problems, really pleased with this as it would have cost a lot more had I called a local person out to fix the problem. Also the technician who called back was equallypolite and helpful.

Had problem installing my new Cannon printer. Obtained technical support via FST. Not only fixed the installation but spent most of the afternoon clearing the problems from my laptop.
