First Step Vehicle Solutions Opiniões

First Step have been assisting us with our van fleet for several years now, and overall, they’ve been a brilliant company to work with.
Their prices are competitive, the service has always been excellent and, most importantly, they have a genuinely ethical approach to doing business. Over the years, there hasn’t been a single occasion where we’ve felt we were charged unfairly for anything (although we do look after our vehicles well).
A big shout-out to Ross for his continuous first class service. Brilliant guy to work with 👌

This is the second van I have leased of first step and I have nothing but good things to say about the company, first class service nothing is a problem and Ross who has been my go to man is brilliant most helpful person and on the ball. First step are first class and I highly recommended them

Great selection of vans, great service and Ross went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as well as could be expected. I would highly recommend First Step Vehicle Solutions if you are thinking of buying or leasing a van.

We have purchased two vans from Drew and the tram service and price has been incredible both times! Will be getting all our vehicles from them. Thanks from MCR repairs

Amazing service from Drew and team. Would recommend to anyone. Sent over tonnes of videos and pictures before I pulled the trigger on the right van and it was ready for pick up within a week. Better than waiting weeks from everyone else on the market if you need a van!!

I leased my car through Ross at first steps he was incredible from start to finish. He kept me fully up to date on the car delivery and the pick up was a really smooth process thanks Ross.

Absolutely brilliant service from First Step Vehicle Solutions. Just got a van from them and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

A massive thank you to Ross — really helpful from start to finish, kept everything straightforward and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Really pleased with the van and the service. Would definitely recommend First Step Vehicle Solutions to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Ross! 👍

I have recently leased a new company vehicle from first step. From the first phone call to the last they made it a really simple, stress free and affordable process. Rob made it a really easy decision for me even when I had a million questions to ask, he was really reassuring. I would highly recommend first step to anyone needing a company vehicle and I will be using these guys again!

Thank you guys 🙂

Great company quick and efficient

Would highly recommend

Fantastic service from Ross. Very helpful from the first conversation to the last. Unfortunately I got an Achilles tendon injury on the day of delivery. Ross quickly managed to postpone the delivery until I was cleared to drive again 12 weeks later without out any changes.
Highly recommended

Dealt with Ross 3 times now and its a great easy straight forward service they provide to get vehicles quickly

At a sensible cost

First step very professional company made my experience obtaining a van a very smooth experience Ross was very helpful all the way from start to finish.

I am a very difficult customer disabled and in and out of hospital constantly but they were so patient and concerned to provide exactly what I needed and delivered it when I needed it. Customer care second to none. Thank you.

Second Custom van from FSVS and I can honestly say that they are top shelf!!
Only spoke to Ross on Friday.
He sorted me out a cracking deal on a new custom sport and it’s been delivered today (Tuesday)
exceptionally good customer service.
And it’s fully loaded with spec which wasn’t aware of, bonus!!!!

What a great company to deal with, from the initial set up to receiving my van, I would like to thank Ross and his team for everything keep up the great work

A good overall experience, communication prior to delivery of the van was great. Ross was responsive and delivery was made just a day or two after ordering the van.

A couple of hiccups with communication after receiving the vehicle, however these have been resolved fully and service regarding this by Drew has been spot on.

Ross was a huge help, told him what I wanted and he sorted it. Quick turn around and I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend

Great selection of vehicles, really good terms, and delivery included too! Great company to work with. Will be using and recommending
