I am very wary of this company. They seem to hold nothing in stock. Promise everything, yet deliver nothing. My first order was a disaster but thankfully I was refunded after a week. I thought I would give them a second chance but before ordering I called customer service to see if the item I was looking for was in stock. It wasnt in stock and I was politely told that that there was a mistake in the system. Third time I have called. Something very fishy about this company......

Ero un po' scettico ad acquistare all'estero ma ho trovato una assistenza impeccabile sono servire disponibili cortesi e gentili e rispondono sempre in tempi brevi alle mail. C'è stato un piccolo problema con il corriere ma il negoziante ha sistemato tutto in 48 ore ho ricevuto il mio mulinello. Grazie tornerò nuovamente a comprare da voi. Superconsigliato+++++++++

I was so wrong. Ordered on Monday the 16th and delivered Tuesday the 17th December. Cannot believe how quick and easy it was an including the fe-ex charge was £43. Brilliant

Bought a reel from them, quality was not as expected so I tried to return it, i had to pay return postage it was a nightmare, it was held in customs it got lost according to evris tracking.
And after 3 weeks was returned to me .It maybe OK ? to buy from them but if it has to go back well good luck with that. I'll have to sell the reel myself and count my loses, I will only buy in GB now and preferably by going to shop . My advice after over 50 years of angling is to do the same .
But definitely give fishernator a wide berth .

Wiederholt sehr guter Kundenservice im Schadens- oder Garantiefall. Auch in aussichtslosen Fällen (Angelrute) wird alles versucht, dem Kunden optimal zu helfen. Das kenne ich von anderswo in der Art nicht!
