I am deeply disappointed by how much Gillis Road Fit-4-Life has changed. After being a loyal member for years, I've made the difficult decision to finish my current membership and not renew because my experience under the current management has been overwhelmingly negative.
The decline in basic standards has been impossible for me to ignore. In my experience, the men's locker room has repeatedly gone without adequate cleaning, and I developed a foot infection that I believe was related to those conditions.
The final straw came when I was charged a $50 for "tailgating", when in reality, I simply held the door open for an elderly woman who was looking for a staff member. Even after reviewing the security footage, management upheld the charge. I left feeling that common sense, discretion, and basic customer service had been replaced by rigid policy enforcement.
What makes this especially disappointing is knowing how well this gym was once managed. Under the previous general manager, Max, I always felt members were treated with professionalism, fairness, and respect. Today, I no longer have that confidence. and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.

Total scam. I don’t know how they got my card details. I never knowingly signed up but they took money from my credit card. I’m slim fit and 68 years old. I don’t need their services and never asked for them.
Fighting to get my money back. Miserable experience
