Fit Father Project Opiniões

Great fitness coaching from workouts to diets.

The shipping and delivery time was too long.

Four months in and I’m down sixteen pounds and—get this—playing tag with my boys without wheezing. The meal guides are clear, the workouts fit my not-so-gym-ready schedule, and the community keeps me from quitting the minute the chips show up. Giving four stars only because sometimes the videos load slower than my old metabolism.

Love the products and what they do!

The team is totally committed to helping the members be successful. Everything is positive and supportive.

The experience with the supplements and shirt were what would be expected, but the rating is for how transformational the program has been in my life. I have become healthier and happier since finding the Fit Father Project. Lost weight, gained strength, took on new hobbies and become more connected to family and friends.

On the Test Boost RX - I find that I sleep deeper and better when I take them before bed and have more energy in the morning.

I am very happy with the melatonin from FFP! Used it the first night I had it and slept the best I have in a long time. I also bought two FFP T-shirts and will proudly wear them as I begin my journey. This motivates me to carry the torch and follow through as I announce to my circle of influence that I have chosen a path of healthy living using FFP and they can all be a part of my accountability team. Thank you Dr A and the FFP team.

Ordered protein shake mix. Shipped quickly and at a good price.

The structure, education and the variety of exercises, had a great impact on me. The results are undeniable in my health and habits.

Absolutely amazing information!! Blown away by all of your content!! Thank you!!

Fit Father Chocolate Protein powder is the best protein powder on the market. Other powders are chalky and dry, but Fit Father protein powder is smooth and rich. I'll never use another protein powder.

Great quality love this stuff.

Very easy online purchase! Solid supplements! Fit Father Project is my trusted source for their programs and now for their supplements.

I’ve lost 90lbs and am in the best shape of my life! My boys (19 and 21) and I just did our 2nd annual Murph on Memorial Day. All with a 20lb backpack. Needless to say FFP works and is sustainable long term. I highly recommend it!

A real person responded to all of my questions via email! Unbelevable! Dr. A and his team are extrordinary. The amount of free expert advise available on line through quality instructional videos is more than generous! The fact that Dr.A is not ashamed to acknowledge his faith in God inspires great admiration in me for this good man! God bless Dr.A and his team and the important work that they do!

I have been very satisfied with the response I have gotten from FFP. Last year I had rotator cuff, bicep problems, and torn Achilles tendon. I was not sure if I could workout at contacted FFP. I got a quick response from Ben and he explained that with all the injuries there was not much I could to until I healed. Although I was disappointed at not being able to exercise I took his advice and now I am back to normal and workouts are going great. I give a big thanks to Ben and FFP.

My subscription for the protein powder is a standing order. It always comes in a timely manner.
Thanks for the consistency.
