Fit Father Project Opiniões

The Perfect Plate Diet plan and the MRT/HIIT workouts of FF30X allowed me to lose 15.5 pounds in the first 4 weeks of the program. I look and feel better than I have in a long time.

One of the biggest benefits of the Perfect Plate Concept and clean eating, for me, has been a drastic reduction in the inflammation and end of day total body pain I was experiencing. I had been taking daily prescription NSAIDS for this intense arthritic type ache and after a few days of eliminating sugar, refined carbs, and highly processed foods, I stopped taking them completely.

The diet plan is simple and effective. Posting updates in the chat forum helps keep you accountable and motivated. Questions are answered quickly and the suggestions received are insightful and helpful.

The program works! I feel so much better than I did before I started on it. I'm very glad I joined, and am thankful for all the support and advice from the coaches and other members at the FFP.

Good quality and timeliness. Really appreciate the upcoming order reminders, the ability to adjust, and the great customer service. And the protein is great too.

Best protein powder on the market. Definitely my favorite

This is the first sustainable program I have come across. Starting with diet is critical for me. Also, the support team has been awesomely responsive if I ever have questions. Finally, the faith element is a very big contributing factor. I believe I am part of a community and not left to flounder on my own.

I Think the protein powder is a quality product as I have been using it for 2 years now. I'm not sure what happened to the shipping lately, but my most recent order has taken over 3 weeks and I still do not have it.

Great product from a mission-driven company. Quick shipping.

From Order to delivery it was 12 days in shipping. It seems to sit at various points along the way going nowhere. One could say that's such a first world problem, but since you asked for my feedback...

Also as "member for life" It would be nice to get coupon codes for these purchases.

Fit Father gave me the tools and expertise to improve my overall health. No more guessing what I need to do to improve my health.

Am just getting started in the program but the staff at FFP have been very informative, attentive, and seem to genuinely care about the customer.

The program works! Everything is streamlined and smooth running.

I started your program before Covid and let me say it was the best program I’ve ever done. First week I lost 5lb. I started at 184lb with 28% body fat end of 3rd month I was 162 lb/17% body fat. Then Covid happened all went down hill. Would love to sign up again but not able to afford the program. I strongly recommend this program.

Everyone I've communicated with have been helpful and really appears to have my best interest in mind.

Package was delivered promptly after I placed the order.

Great content. Inspiring and motivational….and it works!!!

Product is decent but shipping times are horrible and no options to expedite hence lower star rating.

I need some assistance. I signed up back in late-Oct after the promo with MFY. It wasn’t more that 10 days in I became ill with pneumonia. Next came unexpected complications from pneumonia. I sent out a request to the coaches e-mail asking how can I restart from Day 1? I haven’t seen a response yet, but maybe one got passed my junk mail searches etc. I’m not asking for any type of financial restart, I just want to get back on track with Day 1 e-mail and advice. I’m not cleared to be back in full workout mode until January 1st. Doing cardio and working on the nutritional pieces now. If I could get some type of response back that’s what I’m needing now.

Fit Father Project (FFP) has been a transformational experience for me since I joined in early 2023!!

FFP staff are all amazing people - which I saw this early on when I first joined and had questions I needed assistance with - To the point where I was lucky enough to meet them in person at an FFP event in October - which at that point it went to an even higher level!!

Bottomline is I Highly Recommend this program and don't overthink it just join and try it out!! I'm so pumped to eventually get to the version of myself with the FFP program at the core of this transformation!!
