Ordered a boxing bob - delivered
No contact from the company except when I tracked the item. Only to be told they made a mistake with shipping on the website and wanted another $284 but would give me a discounted rate of an addition $170 on top of the existing delivery fee.
Advised them that their website shipping fee and was told 'pay extra or we cancel your order with a restocking fee'.
Went back onto their site (a week later) and the delivery fee is still at the nominal amount. Contacted them again regarding shipping fees and they stopped responding.
We still wanted the boxing bob but the delivery is outrageous.

This app is not related to our business. We do not and have never had an app or similar subscription. This is nothing to do with us, we are an online retailer in Sydney, Australia selling gym equipment
Can you please contact your bank who will provide you with details of the actual business as this is not us.

Carl and The Staff are absolute legends! Click and collect system is virtually instantaneous, many times processed and ready for pickup faster than the actual collection. The customer service of the Warehouse guys are next level, friendly and will assist with loading vehicles if needed.

Thanks for your feedback. The item you ordered was a pre order item, with an eta of Mid April. The eta is only an estimation and with importation, many delays do occur which are all out of our control. The container arrived to us on Friday and your order was shipped the same day and delivered the following day.
Unfortunately our hands are tied with regards to delivery dates and we did notify all customers of the delay
