My dumbbells took a bit longer to arrive than expected, which was frustrating at first. However, the customer service was excellent. They handled my inquiries promptly and professionally. The product itself is top-notch, and I'm now happy with my purchase. I'd recommend this site, but maybe with some patience regarding delivery.

Absolute Scam
Scam company. Ordered goods and they lied about delay after delay (courier strike, will be dispatched tomorrow etc). Failed to give a refund so having to get my money back via my credit card. Do not use them ever

Very similar to other recent reviews.
I ordered a treadmill last week, received an email and then nothing!
I 'spoke' on the chat to 'Danielle Gregory' who said I'd receive delivery details that day - I didn't.
I tried calling yesterday and the number does not exist.
I tried emailing - nothing.
I tried the chat again and was told my order had been cancelled and then was cut off.
Luckily I paid on credit card who are refunding and raising a dispute.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fitnesscore - Scam company
This company are a SCAM I have reported them to action fraud, they are not on companies house, their warehouse is a semi detached house in stoke and was also used as a scam address for a company called wireless sound ltd which is now no longer trading. Got my money back off credit card. Their chat person Danielle Gregory must work 24/7 telling lies

These lying mother fuks said they tried to deliver my treadmill and they did NOT. I have a security camera in my window that records the whole street. So they DONT even need to bother trying to lie. They are thieves and scammers and their other reviews are obviously fakes written by themselves. Do not buy from this scammer thieves

SCAM company
I tried ordering one of their fitness bikes, paid the money and received zero tracking details, despite using the online chat several times (assuming a robot - or “Danielle” works a considerable amount of overtime) they would not provide me with a tracking number despite it apparently being shipped with DPD (alarm bells). The only telephone number on their site is a mobile number which does not connect. I do not usually leave reviews but I can not emphasise to AVOID enough. The reviews they do have look like a copy and paste job. If it’s too good to be true it usually is…thankfully I paid via credit card and my bank swiftly refunded me.
Update..
So the company have replied stating there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt (there wasn’t). My bank sorted the refund. No mention from them about the fake phone number. AVOID.

Regarding your delivery, it seems there was an initial attempt that was unsuccessful due to your absence, and the parcel was subsequently returned to us. We then promptly reshipped it with DPD, and as you mentioned, it can sometimes take 2-3 days for delivery. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel was still with the courier at the time of your review.
We truly regret any inconvenience this delay caused and understand your frustration. While we have already processed a full refund for you, we’re committed to improving our service to prevent such issues in the future.
