This is the first time I have purchased equipment from Future Equipment Broker. My wife was in a nursing home for six (6) months and needed a more regimented exercise program. After consulting Isreal at FEI twice I decided to purchase a NuStep. the NuStep was shipped from the manufacturer and arrive and was set up by the manufacturer's representative to our complete satisfaction. Very pleased with our purchase. The equipment works well. It was packaged well and easy to assemble. There was a slight delay due to stock, but not long and the company did a great job of communicating the status. Once in stock, the shipping was easy to track.

Great support from the company with questions about the set up. Fernando came and patiently demonstrated setup. He was also a great teacher on how to maneuver through programs. I’m ready now to get some exercise.

So my review is going to be a little different and when you call this store if this happened to you, you now know why. I feel there is a bait and switch going on. They advertise the Nustep, which I don't believe they really have and then talk you out of it and get you to purchase one of their machines. They have had the same Nustep on here, he claims it's 30 years old, you would have a hard time getting parts for it, but then suggests something else. I did this back about 9 months ago, same picture of Nustep I feel it's to get to you to call as Nustep is popular with older people, then you get the old bait and switch. I also understand that Israel I believe he calls himself that is not even his real name. Buyer beware you may be happy with your purchase, but is it being done honestly??

Israel has been assisting me in equipping my small clinic with products that saves space and money. Once we decide on a product after discussing the value it will add to the clinic, the delivery is prompt. Anytime there is a problem with the product, he is there to trouble shoot and address the issue within days.
