You made a great point about giving it some time. It often takes 7–14 days for your feet, ankles, and even your back to fully adjust to a new support structure. Since your body is likely used to a different alignment, that "break-in" period is key to seeing the full benefits.

We also love that you mentioned the customization kit. Every foot is unique, and having the ability to fine-tune the support exactly where you need it makes a world of difference in long-term comfort.

We are delighted that your knee and back pain are gone—that proves the structural support is doing its crucial job of correcting your body's alignment!

We understand why your feet still hurt, and the reason our insoles aren't "super soft" is by design. If an insole is too soft, it collapses and compromises alignment.

True foot pain relief comes from structural support, not just squishy padding. Our insoles are engineered to provide cushioned relief without sacrificing the stability that eliminated your knee and back pain.

The Quick Fix
To add cushioning where your feet hurt:

Swap Your Pads: If you have the Personalization KIT, switch to the softer Comfort MAX or Oceanfoam pads.

Check Positioning: Make sure the pad is placed directly under the pressure point on your foot.

Give your feet a week to adjust to the new padding. If your foot discomfort persists, let us know the exact location of the pain, and we'll help you find the perfect balance!
