I chose to do the month to month plan due to high upfront costs. I am glad I did because the medication they supplied came with melted cold packs. The medication also has not worked, as of today after 6 weeks of shots, I have not lost a single pound. The membership is needed to speak to a health provider but they are unhelpful & just advice that the medication takes time to get into your body to work. I've been on these types of meds 2 years ago & lost 10 lbs by the 6 week mark. Now that I have cancelled my membership, which doesn't typically end until the end if the month, while in the middle of month 2 they just want to talk about renewing membership to be able to speak to a health provider. It appears to be a scam at this point.

BIGGEST SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! No wonder they have a no refund policy cause they are thieves!!!!! This is insane they even have customers and are getting by with stealing people hard earned money!!!!

Get a LAWYER ASAP and let’s take this company down and get our money back!!!!!!

Terrible company! They won’t stop charging your credit card. No customer support!! Will not respond to you. I cancelled and the continued to charge me for weeks!

Shady, shady company I enrolled in membership and placed an order and within 30 minutes I canceled didn’t matter. When I tried to remove my credit card from their website, they wouldn’t allow it. They called to verify my credit card three times I never answered the third day I got a text saying I had a fraudulent purchase on my bank account. I opened it and it was a $17 purchase at a Mexican restaurant I verified it. The next day my bank account was charged $800 from fit RX. When I would speak with them via text, they kept telling me they had to verify with the pharmacy as to whether my order has been processed six days later the ordered pharmaceutical showed up on my doorstep. They had overnighted it on a Friday and I got it on a Saturday mind you I ordered it and canceled it on Sunday the previous week. The medication that they sent me was in an ice bag. They left it on my porch on Saturday in 95° heat I was out of town and did not turn until late on the Sunday. The ice pack was completely melted now I don’t even know if the medication is safe, asked for a refund or the very least sending new medication, but I want a refund. They are a scam. They are a scam. They are scam. Their website does not let you cancel. There’s no one to call when you call a number it is disconnected. Do not do not do not participate in this scam of our program.

Run as fast as you can. They make it next to impossible to cancel and will charge you thousand of dollars every month..I had a nightmare having this removed and cancelled plus I also reported to bank as fraud ..BBB..they will try to run it under several different names when you block them from account ..shady ...they also called the cc company and obtained my new debit card number !! Unethical beyond belief...RUN

This company is a total scam with all there extra fees and memberships. Never ordered product, but still charge a membership and NO REFUND POLICY! Do not sign up, you will be very sorry!

Avoid at all cost this scam! I pay $900 a month after waiting for medication my order was cancelled because they didn’t have the medication on stock. I asked for a full refund and they stated that they couldn’t give me a refund of the membership even though I never received ANYTHING.

DON'T DO IT. I thought about it for like a day. I signed up and they scammed me. After I canceled the membership, they charged me again!!!! This time more money, $135 for membership and no meds. I am fighting to get my money back as I am writing this!!!

Misleading company - bait and switch.
Promisses FDA approved brands but try to sell compounded, non-aproved FDA, self branded medications.
Pricing is on par with purchasing name branded medication.
