In 1999 we started as an equipment store selling treadmills and gym systems, this slowly evolved to a blend of health products and today we are 95% health nutrition and 5% equipment. I ordered on Nov 28, today is Dec 6. I have not received a confirmation email with an order number. I was charged the day the order was placed. Reaching customer service has been unsuccessful. I will be taking action to get a refund.
Ordered on May 26 and now it’s June 2 & still not delivered. Looks like they put it on Canada post ground and since they sending from Ottawa.. it’s taking so long. I’m also concerned since it’s refrigerated product, if they took any measures to keep it refrigerated. Price was good but having to wait so long for delivery sucks. I don’t think I’ll order again from them.
Started ordering from fit shop a few months ago to take a break from amazon. Haven't looked back since. Best shopping experience and a great product selection!
I always enjoyed my online shopping experience when I am on Fitshop. Customer service reps are really nice and I get my products in a reasonable time frame.

I have been buying from Fitshop Canada for many years and used to buy from their retail store in Ottawa. I really like that it's a family business trying to make a difference. I always get great information and they have helped me so much. When I started getting in shape to lose 50lbs i was lost with all the products on the market. They help me pick the best supplements and never pushed anything I did not need. So far i have exceeded my 50lb gaol and have lost 72lbs now. Thanks Fitshop, hope this review helps. You guys rock!
